MI Land & Dump Services LLC carries general liability insurance and commercial auto insurance. Certificates of insurance are available upon request for commercial clients and contractors.

Our service area includes Tuscola, Lapeer, Sanilac and Genesee counties. Service availability outside this area is subject to scheduling and travel fees.

All waste collected through our dumpster rental service is disposed of at licensed Michigan waste management facilities in compliance with state environmental regulations. Prohibited materials (hazardous waste, chemicals, tires, electronics) are not accepted.

All estimates provided through our website or by phone are non-binding and subject to change based on actual site conditions, material costs, and project scope. Final pricing is confirmed in writing before work begins.
