Our primary service area includes Silverwood, MI and surrounding communities in Tuscola and Lapeer counties. Service availability outside this area is subject to scheduling and travel fees.
Waste Disposal
All waste collected through our dumpster rental service is disposed of at licensed Michigan waste management facilities in compliance with state environmental regulations. Prohibited materials (hazardous waste, chemicals, tires, electronics) are not accepted.
Pricing & Estimates
All estimates provided through our website or by phone are non-binding and subject to change based on actual site conditions, material costs, and project scope. Final pricing is confirmed in writing before work begins.
Terms of Service
Rental Agreement
Dumpster rentals are subject to a rental agreement confirming size, duration, delivery address, and accepted waste types. The customer is responsible for ensuring the dumpster is accessible for pickup and that no prohibited materials are placed inside.
Payment Terms
Payment is due as agreed at time of booking. For landscaping services, a deposit may be required to secure scheduling. Dumpster rentals require payment prior to or at time of delivery. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 48 hours or more before a scheduled service or delivery will receive a full refund of any deposit. Cancellations within 48 hours may forfeit the deposit. Emergency cancellations are handled on a case-by-case basis.
Property Damage
MI Land & Dump Services LLC takes reasonable precautions to protect your property. We are not liable for pre-existing damage or for minor surface marks resulting from normal equipment operation. Any damage claims must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.
Prohibited Materials
Customers are responsible for ensuring no prohibited materials are placed in rental dumpsters. Prohibited items include but are not limited to: hazardous waste, paint, chemicals, tires, appliances containing freon, electronics, and batteries. Additional fees apply for prohibited material removal.
